Relentless Pursuit of Safety and Education

CHALLENGE
The goal for this project was to create a series of product videos that highlighted key features and benefits all while communicating that Mammut is a performance sport climbing brand with a strong presence and connection to North America. Mammut is a leader in the rock climbing, mountaineering and hiking industries. Built on its bedrock of Swiss heritage and relentless pursuit of safety and education, the brand needed help highlighting its product in classic North American locations.

THE APPROACH
Shot on location at Zion National Park we set out to create a series of product videos and photos that used a creative approach to storytelling by working closely with Mammut athletes, Steph Davis and Grant Perdue to shoot each product video on location, in use by the athletes. This approach made the message in each of the videos feel like friendly advice from fellow climbers at the local crag.

IMPACT
These videos live on Mammut’s YouTube and throughout partner e-commerce sites like REI and Backcountry.com
